Building on the momentum of its inaugural cohort, the Amplifier mentorship programme returns in 2025 with three new thematic tracks aimed at accelerating impact businesses to scale in Asia and beyond. Co-developed by the Centre for Impact Investing and Practices (CIIP) and the Philanthropy Asia Alliance (PAA), the Amplifier adopts a whole-of-ecosystem approach, convening multi-sector partners to accelerate the growth of high-potential, impact-focused companies in Asia.

Global, for Asia
Reducing the textile industry's environmental footprint through sustainable innovations. Focus areas include cutting pre-production waste, recycling post-consumer textiles, extending clothing lifespan via circular models, and identifying eco-friendly materials. The goal: a circular, low-impact fashion ecosystem.

Supporting tourism SMEs to adopt sustainable business models. Focus areas include circular production, waste management, nature-positive practices, and resource efficiency - while building supplier resilience, empowering local communities, and revitalising local culture. Qualifiying Criteria
Submissions to be a mentee for each track will be screened based on the criteria listed below.
Innovation and Circularity in Textiles
- Alignment to theme
- Service or product addresses sustainable development challenge that falls under the relevant impact theme and sub-themes
- Committed to creating positive impact
- Geography
- Service or product must currently, or have an intention to, serve Asian markets
- Stage/Maturity
- Evidence of product market fit
- Early deployment of MVP delivered to an existing paying customer base
- Ready with a strategy to scale (within local market or expand internationally) within the next 2 years
- Commerciality
- Company has long-term-ambition to be financially viable and sustainable
- Not a permanently concessionary model

The SME should be engaged in B2B activities and part of national and / or global supply chains within the tourism sector. Providers of ancillary services are excluded (e.g., marketing, logistics, distribution).
